Sterling Neo is an initiative of Sterling Bank Plc, developed to encourage reverse mentoring among its staff members. This was aimed at getting the older and more traditional staff to catch up on the trends and concepts that are common with the digital and younger generation.
I came up with materials to tease and inform the members of staff about this great idea.
